
INTRODUCING
COACHING FUNDAMENTALS
Coaching Fundamentals runs over an 6-month period and involves 64 total learning hours. To complete the programme you will need to:

Engage with 6 interactive elearning courses at your convenience. Access our user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS) to explore the courses at your own pace.

Immerse yourself in 8 Virtual and/or in Person Workshops scheduled on specific dates and times. These workshops will provide an in-depth exploration of the concepts introduced in the elearning, fostering a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
In addition to the above, to receive ICF accreditation you will be required to:

Develop your coaching skills through 8 hours of independent coaching practice. You'll be required to work with at least 2 private clients, regardless of whether they are paying clients or not.

Collaborate and learn from others in 10 hours of mentor coaching. Engage in group discussions, coaching sessions, and receive valuable feedback from both experienced facilitators and your peers.

As a culmination of your learning journey, submit a Professional Coaching Portfolio that showcases the progress and development of your coaching practice. This portfolio serves as tangible evidence of your evolving skills and abilities.
